Global CO₂ emissions need to be cut by about 45% by 2030 (from 2010 levels) and reach net zero around 2050. The energy sector is one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions, so transitioning to renewable energy is crucial for meeting these climate goals. Together, we can achieve the energy transition by 2030. On to green shores!
