London 2069

Offering a cautionary vision of the future, this is my take on the City of London. By 2069 A.D., the English capital has evolved into an imposing, dystopian megapolis. Nature and humanity have been sidelined. I intentionally transformed London's city centre by shaping a monumental scale where the urbanization seems to engulf the natural world. This series is a commentary on the inevitable march of progress or how the future builds on, but also erodes, cultural landmarks.

And yes, you guessed it: I made those renderings years before Amazon's »The Peripheral« was released ;-)
