You can get the boy out of Corellia, but you can't ...

I had the privilege of being part of ILM's generalist team, contributing to the environments for »Ahsoka«. Under the exceptional CG supervision of Enrico Damm and Environment Supervisor Falk Boje, I worked on modeling and shading various assets while also set dressing key areas of the massive Corellian shipyard and its surrounding structures. Our work was used both in production with ILM's Stagecraft and in post-production. Additionally, I had the honor of creating the planet Corellia, building its layered asset for final shots. I also developed Seatos, which featured key establishing shots and space battles, including the flight of the Purrgils. Additionally, I designed the red tree forest for virtual production, allowing for varied red forest settings in post-production. Finally, I worked on Peridea for Ahsoka’s climactic episodes, contributing matte paintings for environments used on set and in post-production, along with the planet asset itself.

A huge thank you to the incredible team of artists who brought these environments to life: Phi Tran, Mercedes Khumnark, Stephanie Daly, Thomas Berg, Steffen Hampel, Gerald Blaise, and many others!
